● First Time Visits

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. As we need to register you and prepare all your personal files with your personal details. This is only necessary for the first time visitors.Please bring the following documents when you visit the hospital:

Identification document, e.g., IC or Passport

Work Card to identify your employment status

Membership Card (if you have one, you can also purchase one at arrival with your choices)

Insurance Card (international insurance) For legal reasons and also to ensure our database is accurate, all forms need to becompleted in full, we understand this process can be time consuming, but it is necessary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

● Things You Should Do
Please:

Read your appointment sheet carefully as there may be special instructions for specific clinics. For example, arriving before your appointment time for tests,remembering to bring medication with you.

Arrive on time - arriving late may cause you further delay

Prepare your medical history in advance if you are a new patient, i.e. previous illnesses,known allergies etc.

Remember to bring any samples you have been asked for in your appointment sheet.

Bring with you a list of the medicines or tablets you are taking. It is important that the hospital doctor knows exactly what medicines you are taking.

If you feel that you have been waiting for an unduly long time, please tell the reception or nursing staff. All staff in the hospital are wearing name badges, if you need help, you can ask any staff to help.
