Xie Yun
Chief nursing officer, nurse-in-charge, registered nurse
Madam Xie was born in Beijing. She graduated from Beijing Nursing School in 1991 and has been working in Beijing Children’s Hospital for 16 years. She was engaged in clinical nursing activities such as surgical abdomen, general surgery, oncosurgery, empyrosis surgery. Madam Xie further studied in Pediatric Surgery and NICU in Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong for six months in 1999. She was appointed as associate director of Department of Hospital Nursing in Beijing Children’s Hospital and started to engage in nursing administration since 2001. She also received nursing supervision training in Singapore in 2002 and 2004. In 2003, she studied nursing in University of Northumbria at Newcastle for one year and got a bachelor's degree in nursing.
Cui Wenxian
Operating room head nurse, nurse-in-charge, registered nurse
Madam Cui graduated from Beijing Nursing School with bachelor's degree in nursing in 1981. She worked in Surgery Department in Beijing Children’s Hospital, with 25 years of experience in surgery clinical nursing activities, including 4-year pediatric nursing in uropoiesis and newborn infant divisions, and 20 yeas in operating room as head nurse. Madam Cui has rich experience in pediatric clinical nursing and operating room management, as well as perfect operational skills. She also published papers in various nursing journals. Madam Cui further studied in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College. She has very strong leadership.
Zhu Jingfang
Head nurse of out-patient clinic, nurse-in-charge, registered nurse
Madam Zhu graduated from Peking Union Medical College with college diploma. She has committed to internal medicine nursing for 18 years in Beijing Children’s Hospital, empowering her with rich clinical experience and perfect pediatric operational skills. She has been engaging in nursing supervision for over 10 years and published papers in various nursing journals. She also participated in writing some sections of “Modern Pediatric Nursing”.
Lu Jiang
Surgery head nurse, nurse-in-charge, registered nurse
Madam Lu graduated from Beijing Nursing School with bachelor's degree in nursing in 1985. She worked in Surgery Department in Beijing Children’s Hospital, with 21 years of experience in surgery clinical nursing activities, including 14 years in chest surgery care unit, and 7-year pediatric nursing in surgery emergency wards as head nurse. Madam Lu has rich experience in pediatric clinical nursing and perfect operational skills. She also published papers in various nursing journals. She further studied in Hong Kong Hospital and has very strong leadership.
Meng Jianping
Medical Department head nurse, primary nurse, registered nurse
Madam Meng was born in Beijing. She graduated from Beijing Nursing School in 1992 with nursing diploma. She has been engaged in Medical Department nursing in Beijing Children’s Hospital for 14 years. She was specialized in pediatric nursing covering areas such as heart, endocrine, kidney, newborn infant and respiration. She was also engaged in respiration nursing management in Beijing Children’s Hospital. In 2005, she was rewarded as top ten employees in Beijing Children’s Hospital. Madam Meng has rich experience in pediatric clinical nursing and perfect operational skills. She has strong nursing management ability.
Liu Hongxin
Head nurse for new born infant, primary nurse, registered nurse
Madam Liu was born in Beijing. She graduated from Beijing Nursing School in 1996 with nursing diploma. She has been engaged in Medical Department clinical nursing in Beijing Children’s Hospital for 10 years. She was engaged in clinical nursing covering areas such as Division of Pediatric Neurology, endocrine, kidney and newborn infant. She started to manage new born wards since 2002. She further studied in Hong Kong Elizabeth Hospital. She has abundant experience in pediatric clinical nursing.
Zhou Juan
Medical Department head nurse, primary nurse, registered nurse
Madam Zhou was born in Beijing. She graduated from Beijing Nursing School in 1996 with nursing diploma. 10- year work experience in Children ICU and NICU in Beijing Children’s Hospital provided her rich clinical experience in pediatric nursing and first aid since she participated in major emergency treatment for many times. Given her strong sense of responsibility, brilliant skills and years of nursing teaching experience, she was rewarded as excellent teacher in the hospital for several times, and was well respected and loved by her students. She also won the title of “Beijing excellent nurse” in May 2001. Madam Zhou started to engage in nursing management since 2007. She is widely recognized by patients and parents for her professional working attitude, hard working without complaints, strong learning ability, application of new knowledge and skills, team work spirit, good communication skills and management ability.
Quality nursing service team
All nurses have received professional training in pediatric nursing, therefore with sound pediatric theories and skills. Moreover, ongoing on-the-job training provide them with sound service orientation and professional skill level. In our daily work, we emphasize communication with children and their patients by attentively listening to their needs to get comprehensive view of patients so as to guarantee excellent service. Meanwhile, we emphasize English language training for nurses to better serve foreign children.
We have quite a few nurses proficient in diverse languages so that they can communicate with and provide quality service to foreigners who speak neither Mandarin nor English.
Bian Chunhua: bachelor's degree in nursing from Yanbian University Science & Technology college. She studied in many hospitals such as Seoul National University Hospital in Korea, Korea University Hospital, Seoul Samsung Hospital, Catholic University affiliated hospital etc. She is proficient in Korean, English (particularly nursing jargons).
Li Hua: she studied in Seoul National University Hospital in Korea, Korea University Hospital, Gangnam St. Mary's Hospital, Seoul Samsung Hospital and Modern Yashan Hospital etc. She is proficient in Korean; good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing; familiar with English medical terms; able to speak basic Japanese.
Cui Yan: bachelor's degree in nursing( 5-year degree) from Yanbian University Science & Technology college. She studied in Korea University Hospital, Seoul National University Hospital, Gangnam St. Mary's Hospital and Yanbian University Hospital etc. She is proficient in Korean; skilled in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Shen Wenkui: graduated from Shanxi Medical College for Continuing Education, majored in advanced nursing. Work experience in Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Medical Center Private Limited and Bio Azur Thallasso Center. Proficient in English; able to speak basic French.
Li Hongjie: graduated from EAB International Medical Management College, majored in health care. Work experience in Hebei Tangshan Nanchang Hospital, Saudi Arabia ARAR Central Hospital, Meihua Women’s Hospital etc. Proficient in English; able to speak basic Arabic.
Li Minghua: graduated from Dalian University Medical College, majored in advanced nursing. Work experience in Affiliated Hospital of Dalian University Medical College, Saudi Arabia Taif Chest Hospital, several hospitals in Israel. Proficient in English; skilled in Korean; able to speak basic Arabic, Japanese and Hebrew.
