● Repeat Visits

Please do not arrive more than fifteen minutes before your appointment time, unless specified in your appointment sheet.Do remember to bring the following documents:

Medical Card issued by us.

Membership Card (Dragon card, Panda card or Doctor Panda Club Card) if you are a member.

Insurance Card (international insurance)

● Further Appointments

After you have been seen by the doctor, you may be suggested to take further tests, examinations or need follow up visit. Doctor or nurse will ask you to make an appointment in the front desk before you leaving the hospital, our customer service staff will confirm the appointment details and the thing you need to prepare, we also provide “ reminding service ”24 hours before your appointment.

● Failure to Attend

To ensure we provide the best possible service, our outpatient clinic have a ‘failure to attend’ policy. If you fail to keep your appointment without telling us, you will not be given a further appointment without receiving your physician’s special note or your personal notice. This policy is to ensure rationalize doctor and specialist’s valuable appointment time, and also ensure patients received the best medical services. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us one hour before your appointment.
